摘　　要：依据高技术条件下空军师团卫勤保障的特点,提出空军师团卫勤组织指挥模拟仿真系统,解决空军师团卫勤组织指挥训练的难题。通过模拟仿真训练,能够熟练掌握平转战阶段和战时阶段卫勤组织指挥内容与程序,提高卫勤指挥员在战场环境中的决策指挥能力。该系统为卫勤组织指挥能力的评估,提供了评定标准与方法。The paper provides simulated emulation command system of medical service of air force division according to the characteristics of medical service and support of air force division under high-tech conditions to settle various problems in the training course of organization and command of medical service of air force division. By simulated emulation training, commanders will master the contents and procedures of the organization and command of medical service in the transition from peacetime to wartime and increase their decision-making and commanding ability under combat circumstances. This system also provides criteria and methods for evaluation of the ability of organization and command of medical service.
