摘  要:纯铁磁粉芯以其优异的性能价格比引起了人们的普遍关注。粉末的包覆方式和工艺参数同铁粉芯的磁性能有着密切的联系。作者就包覆介质膜的理化特性,介质含量对磁性能的影响,成形压力和热处理温度对铁粉芯的磁导率和品质因数的影响等进行了系统的研究。采用该实验化学包覆液可以制取高性能的纯铁磁粉芯。Iron croes were followed with interest because of their excellent magnetic charctertics and low price. There is a close relationship between the magnetic characteristics of iron cores and the coating method of powder and the technical parameters. The physical and chemical properties of the insulating medium film were investigated in the paper,the influences of the pressure force and the heat treating temperature on permeability and quality factor were presented ,and the affect of the content of insulating medium on the magnetic characteristics was stated as well. The high quality iron cores were gained by the chemical coating method used in the experiments.
