摘　　要：为探讨透明质酸在血液系统疾病中的作用及其临床意义,应用ELISA方法测定了75名血液系统疾病患者血清透明质酸(HA)的含量,并与25名健康对照者的含量作比较,结果发现白血病患者组与MDS组、良性病组及健康对照组之间的血清HA含量有极其显著差别(P<0.01),对于白血病的临床诊断和发生发展提供了一种新方法。75 patients with blood system diseases were investigated and controlled by 25 healthy person.ELISA was used to detect the concentration of the hyaluronate acid(HA).The resuhs show that:Leukemia patients serum HA concentration was very significant different form that of IDA,nonmalignant blood system disease and health control(P<O.01).Therefore this new method will be helpful for the diagnosis and clinical laboratory exam of Leukemia.
