巨细胞病毒性肝炎25例临床分析

摘　　要：报道巨细胞病毒性肝炎25例,血清检测HAV—IgM、乙肝抗原抗体系统、丙肝抗体、戊肝抗体、庚肝抗体均阴性,巨细胞病毒特异性IgM阳性。治疗以保肝及戊环鸟苷抗病毒为主,25例均治愈,随诊无复发。Clinical analysis of 25 cases of cytomegaloviral hepatitis are reported. Through serum test, HAV - IgM, B - hepatitis antigen and antibody system. C - hepatitis antibody, E - hepatitis antibody and G - hepatitis antibody all show negative responses, Cytomegaloviral specific IgM responds positively. The principle of treatment is conservation of the liver.but patients with signs of serious hepatitis are given fresh plasma. Finally,all of the 25 cases are cured and the later visit finds no reccurence.
