摘 要:[目的]为了探讨不同水平混合异位酸添加水平对奶牛瘤胃发酵的影响,[方法]本试验将异丁酸、异戊酸、2-甲基丁酸按45%:33%:22%混合构成混合异位酸。试验采用体外培养法,研究其对瘤胃pH、NH3-N浓度、菌体蛋白含量和培养残留物有机干物质消化率的影响。[结果]表明,添加不同水平混合异位酸对瘤胃pH值没有显著性影响(P>0.05);添加0.6%DM混合异位酸与未添加组比较显著降低瘤胃液NH3-N浓度20.93%(P<0.05),也显著提高瘤胃液的菌体蛋白浓度31.48%(P<0.05)。添加0.6%DM混合异位酸多项指标综合指数(MFAEI)正效应明显。[结论]混合异位酸添加量为0.6%DM可以缓解瘤胃蛋白质降解速度,提高菌体蛋白质浓度和有机物的消化率。To estimate the effects of different level of mixture isoacids (Isobutyric acid ,Isovaleric acid and 2-methylbutyric acid 45% : 33% : 22%) on Rumen Fermentation in cow, the influence of different levels of mixed acids on the ruminal pH, ammonia concentration, bacterial protein and the digestive rate of the residue organic matter were studied in vitro. No significantly influence of different level of mixed acids were observed ( P 〉0.05). when the mixed acid were added to 0.6 %, ammonia concentrate in rumen fluid were decreased for 20.93% ( P 〈0.05), bacterial protein concentrate were also raised for 31.48% ( P 〈0.05) and MFAEI index were positive. Therefore, it could conclude that the adding of 0.6%DM mixture isoacids could slow the protein degradation and increase the concentration of BCP and the digestion of organic dry matter residue.
