病态窦房结综合征患者Q-T和R-R间期关系的探讨

摘　　要：为探讨病态窦房结综合征（SSS）患者Q－T和R－R间期的关系，观察了动态心电图出现长R－R间期(≥2．0s)的32例SSS患者按直线回归方程式确定的Q－T／R－R关系的斜率（S）：S1，R－R间期≤1．4s；S2，R－R间期＞1．4s。结果表明：（1）当R－R间期延长时，Q－T和R－R关系相对平坦（S相应增大）；(2)和Q-T间期正常的患者比较，Q－T问期延长的患者，随着周期长度(CyeleLengths)的延长，表现为Q－T间期的过度延长．To investigate the relationship between QT and RR intervals in the siek sinus syndrome,we observed 32 patientswith episodes of Prologned RR intervals (≥2.0 s) on Holterelectrocardiographic recordings, the slope (S)of the QT andRR relation was determined by the linear regression equa tion,S1,RR intervals ≤1.4 s; S2, RR intervads>1.4 s.Results showed that (1) The QT/RR relation was comparatively flat when the RR interval was prolonged; (2) Patientswith prolonged QT intervals ahowed exaggerated prolongedcycle lengths when compared with patients with normal QTintervals.
