摘  要:从含硫气田高温高压井测试工程设计的实际出发,提出了对测试井储层结构和特征研究、测试合理工作参数确定、测试管柱结构和地面流程设计、测试施工工序及其各主要施工工序下流体的PVT分析、测试管柱的受力变形及强度分析、套管柱的受力与强度分析等方面应该考虑些什么问题和应进行哪些方面的设计计算工作,进而从测试井工程设计软件实现的角度,提出了设计软件的基本构架和实施方案。Proceeding from the realities of engineering design of testing in high temperature,high pressure deep wells in gas field containing H2S,this paper puts forward the problems to be considered and the design calculation work to be performed regarding the study of reservoir structure and characteristics of testing wells, the determination of reasonable testing parameters,the design of test string and surface flow process package, the testing operation sequence and PVT analysis of fluid from different flow regimes,the analysis of tension,deformation and strength of test string,the analysis of tension and strength of casing string etc. From the point of application of software for test well engineering design,the basic network and scheme of implementation is then advanced.
