摘　　要：本文进行了灭螺增效剂B002的Ames试验、微核试验、染色体畸变试验。实验结果表明，对TA97、TA98、TA100和TA102无诱变作用，微核试验及中国仓鼠肺细胞（CHL）染色体畸变试验均为阴性。In the present study,Ames' test. micronuclear test and chromosome teratogenicity test were performed for the molluscacide potentiator B002 organophosphate ester compound. It was found that no mutagenicity was shown in TA97,TA98, TA100 and TA102 strains. The micronuclear test and the Chinese hamster lung cell (CHL) chromosome teratogenicity test also showed negative results.
