日本血吸虫病对妇女生殖系统损害的研究

摘　　要：对一个感染率在15％以上的乡18－50岁育龄妇女2106人，用改良加藤法定性、定量检查血吸虫卵，对查出的日本血吸虫感染者244人作为实验组，另选择当地年龄、职业与2相应的阴性妇女236人与之对照，对此作症状、体征等69个项目的调查。结果显示：从功能性方面看，感染者月经不调者较多，第一胎新生儿体重下降，患者身高低于对照组；从器质性方面看，感染者漫性宫颈炎及子宫胀大的人数多于对照组；用宫腔冲洗液作ELISA检查，有13例患者为“＋”以上，27例疑似（±）。结果表明日本血吸虫病对女性生殖系统有一定影响。2 106 women aged from 18- 50 years old in a township with the infection rate >15% and counted eggs of schistosome were screened by modified Kato-Katz method quantitively and qualitively. The 244 positive cases in the stool examination were set as experiment group and then 236 negative women with similar age and occupation in the local area were selected as the control group, 69 items of symptoms and signs were investigated and examined on both groups. The result shows that viewing from the functional aspect,there are more women with menstrual disorder in the experimental group than in the control group,the average weight of the first new-born in the experiment group is lighter than that in the conrtol group,the aver age height of the patients in the experiment group is shorter than that in the control group.Viewing from the organic aspects,there are more cases of chronic cervicitis and uterus en largement in the experiment group than in the control group. 13 cases in the experiment group are above '+' and 27 cases are ± with ELISA test of intrauterine lavage examina tion,but all are negative reaction in control group. These results indicate that schistosomiasis japonica has some impact on female genital tract pathology.
