西昌实验区血吸虫病分层防治效果的研究

摘　　要：本文报道了在大山区感染率高（＞15％）、中（4％－15％）、低（＜4％）血吸虫病地区，采用普治、对象治疗和7－14岁儿童查治的效果。建议每年进行2次治疗和采用循环抗原酶标检查，可以提高防治效果和准确地考核防治效果。Different measures were undertaken and effectiveness assessed in different endemic areas for controlling schistosomiasis i. e. mass treatment in Zone Ⅰ (areas with infection rate＞15 % ),case screen and treatment in Zone Ⅱ (infection rate 4 % - 15 % ),and case screen and treatment to children of 7- 14 years old in Zone Ⅲ (infection rate＜4% ).According to the results,the authors suggsted that treatment should be taken twice a year and ELISA for detecting circulating antigen applied for assessing the therapeutic effect.
