淋病患者泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体和尿素分解尿素原体的检测结果和分析

摘　　要：本文通过对430例淋病患者泌尿生殖道的沙眼在原体、尿素分解尿素原体的检测，发现淋病患者中有19．8％的病人合并在原体的感染，17．2％的病人合并支原体的感染，尚有5．5％的病人同时感染衣原体和支原体；提示临床中应重视对淋病患者中非淋的检测，以便减少误诊，提高临床治愈率。The paper reports the result of detection of chlamydia trachomatis (CT) and ureaplasma urelyticum (UU) in urogenital tract of 430 patients with gonorrhea. We found that the sick rate of CT, UU and both of them was 19. 8%, 17.2% and 5.5% seperately. It is suggested that in patients with gonorrhea, CT and UU should be detected thoely in order to reduce misdiagnosis and improve the cure rate.
