摘　　要：要提高我国篮球运动的整体水平，当务之急，就是在加强个人防守训练的同时，必须重视集体协防配合，重视心理素质培养，不断提高协防能力．增强协防的有效性和攻击性，从而使全队防守更有效，更有威力．In order to raise the level of Chinese basketball sports,the current urgent task,in addition to strengthening individual defence,is to focus on the training of combined defence improvement of psychological qualities and enhaning the ability,effectiveness and power of combined defence so as to make the team defence more efficient and powerful.
