摘　　要：对84例采用135°单侧多功能外固定支架进行治疗的股骨粗隆间骨折的老年患者进行了总结,其中不稳定骨折70例,随访期4～16个月,骨折原位愈合83例,无骨不愈及固定失败。该支架固定操作简单、创伤小,且固定可靠,有利于早期功能锻炼。84 old patients of femur imertrochanteric fracture treated with 135 unilateral external fixi-tor were studied ,in which 70 cases were unstablefractures. The follow-up time was 4-6 months. 83 cases united without further displacement or angulation. Nonunion or failure of fixation did not occur. This fixation is easy to carry out,with slight trauma and reliable rigidity,and favors early functional exercise.
