无X线定位经椎弓根螺钉脊柱内固定的探讨

摘　　要：在无X线监视下行经椎弓根螺钉脊柱内固定术48例,置钉214枚。术后X线片检查置钉位置优良149枚(69.6％),差65枚(30.4％),错0枚。作者认为熟悉椎弓根的定性定量解剖是正确置钉的基础,“盲目”置钉法对无X线监护条件的医院开展本术式有一定的实用价值。214 pedicle screwes had been inserted through vertebral pedicle without x-ray monitoring in 48 cases. Postoperative radiograph showed that position of 149 pedicle screws(69.6%)were excellent . 65 screws (30. 4%) were inferior and there was no error-Autthors suggest that familiarity with quantitative and quanlitative anatomy of vertebral pedicle should be basis of correct insertion of pedlicle screwes. 'Blind'insertion should be valuable for basic-level hospitals to practise the operation.
