银杏叶制剂的研究进展

摘　　要：本文综述银杏叶制剂的研究进展,其中有片剂、胶囊剂、冲剂、口服液、气雾剂及注射液等,并有多种银杏叶的复方制剂。银杏叶提取物所制的各种制剂,具有改善微循环和血流动力学,抑制血小板聚集及降低全血粘度作用,可调整循环系统状况,并可帮助神经功能的恢复。此类制剂主要用于治疗脑血管病、心血管病、哮喘及神经障碍等。The studies of preparations of ginkgo leaves, including tablets, capsules, granules, oral solution, aerosol, injection as well as its compound preparations are summarized. Various preparations made of the extract of ginkgo leaves have effects of improving microcirculation and dynamics of blood flow, inhibit agglutination of blood platelets, decrease the viscosity of the whole blood, regulate the circulatory system, and benefit the recovery of nervous function. They mainly used in the treatment of cerebral vascular and cardiovascular diseases, asthma and nervous disturbance etc.
