摘　　要：The China-Brazil Earth Resources Satellite(CBERS)Program is jointly developed by China and Brazil,including a series of Earth remote sensing satellites,CBERS-1,CBERS-2, CBERS-2B,CBERS-3 and CBERS-4. China and Brazil have been discussing possible cooperation on developing an Earth resources satellite since 1986.The China-Brazil Earth Resources Satellite （CBERS） Program is jointly developed by China and Brazil, including a series of Earth remote sensing satellites, CBERS-1, CBERS-2, CBERS-2B, CBERS-3 and CBERS-4. China and Brazil have been discussing possible cooperation on developing an Earth resources satellite since 1986. The formal protocol was signed by both governments on July 6 of 1988 on the research and development of two Earth resource satellites to be launched on China＇s LM-4B launch vehicle. China contributes approximately 70% to the program costs and 30% by Brazil.
