摘　　要：The DFH-4 platform is the third generation of China-built large geostationary satellite platform with large output power, payload capacity and long service lifetime. Its overall performance ranks with other international advanced satellite platforms. This platform can be used for many services such as high capacity broadcast communication, direct TV broadcasting, digital audio broadcasting and broadband multimedia, which are badly needed for national economic construction and markets both at home and abroad.
