硅酸钙绝热制品应用中的问题与改进意见

摘　　要：针对当前托贝莫来石型硅酸钙绝热制品在热力设备保温应用中存在的破损率高、回收率低、高温性能降低等问题进行了分析，提出了提高该制品高温性能、完善施工工艺和保温结构设计的具体措施，以利于充分发挥该制品在节能中的作用。Aimed at the problems of high breakage, low recovery and lessened high temperature performance of Tobermorite CaSiO3 thermal insulating product in the application for thermo-dynamic equipment, the article analyzes the reasons, and puts forward detailed measures to increase the high temperature performance, perfect construction process and thermal insulating structure design, hence to give a full play to this product in energy saving.
