摘  要:对以微电子薄膜技术制作的平面微带阵列电极(MAE)进行了电化学特性的研究,考察了该电极在铁氰化钾溶液中的伏安特性和计时电流特性.实验表明,由于边缘效应的作用,MAE具有比常规铂电极高得多的电流密度,传质能力高于转速为7600r/min的旋转圆盘电极;由于MAE中各微带电极的间距较小,导致微带电极间扩散层交叠,边缘效应的作用随之减小,因而其伏安行为与单个微电极呈现差异.测得的计时电流值与按微带电极的扩散理论和Cottrell公式理论计算值进行了比较,推测了产生偏差的原因.应用MAE电极进行了物质扩散系数的测定.Planar microband array electrode (MAE), which was made of 20 Pt microelectrode with 5μm width, 25μm gap and 5mm long, was fabricated by using a thin fitri technique. The electrochemical characterisation of MAE in K3Fe (CN)6 solution was studied by means of cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry. Due to the strong edge effect, higher current density was observed on MAE than conventional Pt electrode. Comparision with RRDE was also made. The voltammetric charaterization of MAE was dmerent from that of single microband electrode in terms of the darision twer overinpping. Current-time curve for MAE in K3Fe (CN)6 solution was subject to a quantitative comparision with the diffusion theory of microband electrode. The deviaion between the theoretical and the expertriental curves was discussed. Diffusion coeffcient of KsFe (CN)6 was determined as 6. 1 × 1O-6cm2/s and hed good agreement with the reported data.
