摘 要:目的:建立爆炸致犬腹壁缺损的动物模型。方法:按爆炸源距犬腹壁的距离将12只犬随机分成3组:A组(1~2cm,n=4),B组(3~4cm,n=4),C组(5~6cm,n=4)。麻醉后动物仰卧固定于爆炸装置下方,使用军用导爆索制成的小型爆炸药包,电击起爆,爆炸后对犬腹部组织取材,送细菌培养和组织病理学观察,清创缝合,肌肉注射抗生素抗感染,分笼关养。结果:A组腹腔开放4只(100%),合并脏器损伤3只,死亡3只。B组腹腔开放3只(75%),闭合伤1只,合并脏器损伤1只,死亡。C组无腹腔开放,闭合伤4只,死亡1只。腹壁组织细菌培养主要为金黄色葡萄球菌。结论:采用爆炸源距腹壁组织3~4cm距离,可以制出单一的理想爆炸致腹壁缺损动物模型。Objective:To reproduce a canine model with abdominal wall defect produced by blasting. Methods: The dogs were randomly divided into three groups based on the distance between the explosion and abdominal wall: group A with a distance of 1-2 cm(n=4),group B with a distance of 3--4 cm(n=4) and group C with a distance of 5--6 cm(n=4). Dogs were placed in a dorsal recumbent position under the expolsive after being anesthetized. The explosion was ignited by electricity. The injured abdominal wall tissue was harvested and sent for bacteria incubation and pathological examination. After debridement and anti-infection treatment, the dogs were separately housed. Results: In group A, penetrating abdominal wall injury occurred in 4 dogs(100%), 3 of them had concomitant visceral injury and died. In group B, penetrating abdominal wall injury occurred in 3 out of 4 dogs (75%), one of them had concomitant visceral injury, and all of them survived. In group C, no penetrating abdominal wall occurred, all the 4 animals had closed abdominal wall injury, and one of them died. The main micro-organism obtained was Staphyloccus aureus. Conclusion: A model with abdominal wall defect can be reproduced by blasting with the explosive detonated 2--3 cm away from abdominal wall.
