硫酸镍对白细胞系统的影响

摘　　要：采用小鼠连续腹腔注射硫酸镍2.5,5.0,10.0mg/kg,染毒10d,观察硫酸镍对白细胞系统的毒性。结果表明硫酸镍可导致白细胞总数减少;白细胞分类计数以中性粒细胞减少为主,淋巴细胞数相对增多。提示硫酸镍对白细胞系统具有明显毒性损害。The health mice were injected (in-traperitoneal) nickel sulfate (NiSO4) 2. 5, 5.0,10. 0 mg/kg,and were toxicant exposure 10 days. The results reveal that nickel sulfate can reduce white cell count, mainly neutrophil cell, while lymphocyte count is increased, and propose that nickel sulfate has toxic damage on WBC of mice.
