自制“三仙降脂胶囊”治疗老年高脂血症98例临床研究

摘　　要：98例老年高脂血症患者口服“三仙降脂胶囊”2周、4周、8周时血清总胆固醇(TC)分别下降10.2％、12.5％和11.5％(均P<0.01),血清甘油三酯(TG)水平分别下降12.1％、27.0％和25.O％(均P<0.01)。低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)也明显下降(均P<0.01),高密度脂蛋自-胆固醇(HDL-C)升高作用不明显(P>0.05),8周时TC/HDL-C比值明显下降(P<0.01)。该药能被病人耐受,未见明显副作用。Activity of 'San Xian Jiang Zhi Wan' was studied in 98 elderly with primary hyperlipidaemia. At the end of 2 week's treatment, and of 4 week's and of 8 week's, the drug reduced significantly the total serum cholesterol by 10. 2%, 12. 5% and 11. 5% respectively (all P< 0. 01), whereas serum triglyc-erides by 12. 1%. 27. 0% and 25. 0% respectively (all P<0. 01). The drug reduced similar signiyi-cantly the lower density Lipo-protein cholestesterol (all P<0. 01). The drug was nosignificantly in increasing the high density lipoprotein cholesterol (F >0. 05). At the end of 8 week's treatment, the drug reduced the ratio TC/HDL-C by 10. 0% (P< 0. 01). The drug can he tolerated by all patients. There was no miserable adverse reaction.
