摘 要:本文应用血小板聚集数学模型和计算机模拟技术,测量出一组能反应正常血小板聚集全过程的图像参数即P_0、P_1、P_2、K_1、K_2、K_3和T_0。分析该组参数的分布特征和相互关系,结果表明,反映聚集速率和时间的参数(K_1、K_2、T_0)是引起图象改变的敏感指标;图象初聚与次聚呈极显著正相关(P<0.01或0.001);通过因子分析提取出三个共性因子即:散聚决定因子、聚集幅度因子和聚集速率因子。7个参数反映散聚过程和聚集幅度能力较强而反映聚集速度的能力稍差。A new variant of parameters for ADP induced normal platelet aggregation were measured by computer simulation based on methematical model and the characteristics of parameters as well as the relationships among the parameters were analyzed. The results showed that both speed and time parameters of aggregation were the sensitive indications which could result in tracing's changing of aggregation. It was observed a significantly positive correlation between primary and secondary aggregation and a statistically negative correlation between primary aggregation and disaggregation. Three cofactors were chosen using factor analysis. They were disaggregation decided factor, aggregation extent factor and aggregation speed factor.
