汉防己甲素对人单核细胞样细胞系U937的影响

摘　　要：本文报导中药汉防己甲素（ｔｅｔｒａｎｄｒｉｎｅ，Ｔｅｔ）对人单核细胞样细胞系Ｕ９３７的形态、细胞化学特性以及增殖分化的影响。经浓度为５×１０－３ｍｇ／ｍｌ的Ｔｅｔ作用５天后，Ｕ９３７细胞的形态、细胞化学特性接近于单核／巨噬细胞。３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入证明Ｔｅｔ对Ｕ９３７细胞的ＤＮＡ合成有抑制作用。银染核仁组织者区（Ａｇ－ＮＯＲ）显示细胞核内Ａｇ－ＮＯＲ计数亦明显下降。In this study we investigated the effects of herb tetrandrine (Tet) on morphology, cytochemistry, proliferation and differentiation of U937 monocytoid cell line. U937 cells approched to monocyte/macrophage in morphology and cytochemistry property after havingbeen cultured with Tet at the concentration of 5 × 10 -3 mg/ml for 5 days. 3 H-TdR incorporation proved that Tet could inhibit DNA synthesis of U937 cells. Argyrophil method for nucleolus organizer region (Ag-NOR) showed the Ag-NOR numbers in nucleus also significantly decreased.
