心肌炎患者高频心电图T波功率谱的初步分析

摘　　要：本文分析了幼儿心肌炎、学龄儿童心肌炎、成人心肌炎的高频心电图Ⅱ、ａＶＦ、Ｖ＿２、Ｖ＿５导联的Ｔ波功率谱。结果表明：（１）０一１０００Ｈｚ频段的总能量，幼儿心肌炎组，学龄心肌炎组无论哪个导联与其对照组相比，均无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。成人心肌炎组ａＶＦ、Ｖ＿５导联显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），Ⅱ、Ｖ＿２导联与对照组相比也无显著性差异。（２）１００一１０００Ｈｚ频段的绝对能量，幼儿心肌炎组ａＶＦ导较对照组显著升高；学龄心肌炎组Ｖ＿２、Ｖ＿５导较对照组显著升高；成人心肌炎组与对照组相比，无论哪个导联均无显著性差异。（３）８０一３００Ｈｚ频段的绝对能量，除学龄心肌炎组的Ｖ＿２导比对照组显著升高外，３个年龄段的心肌炎组无论哪个导联与对照组比较均无显著性差异。这些结果提示，３个年龄段心肌炎组的Ｔ波总能量及高频能量在各个导联中的变化规律是不同的。This paper analyzed the power spectrum of T wave in leads Ⅱ,aVF,V2,V5 of six groups subjects:Group I, infants myocarditis(n=18).GroupⅡ,normal infants(n=27),Group Ⅲ,children myocarditis(n=28).Group Ⅳ,normal children(n=32);GroupV,adults myocarditis(n=23).GroupⅥ,normal children(n =35).The power.contents inthe frequency ranges of 0一1000 Hz,100-1000Hz were analyzed.The results were as follows:(1)The absolute powers in the range of 0～1000Hz:infants and children myocarditiswere not significantly different compared with control groups in leads Ⅱ,aVF,V2 and V5.Adults myocarditis were significantly higher than control group(P< 0.05)in leads aVF and V5, and not significantly different compared with controlgroup in leads Ⅱ and V2.(2)The absolute powers in the range of 100一1000Hz:infants myocarditis were signifi-cantly higher than control group(P<0. 05) in lead aVF only;children myocarditis were sig-nificantly higher than control group(P<0.05)in leads V2 and V5;adults myocarditis werenot significantly different in every leads.(3)The absolute powers in the range of 80一300Hz:children myocarditis were higherthan control group(P<0. 05) in lead V2 and were not significantly different compared withcontrol group in lead Ⅱ, aVF,V5.Infants and adults myocarditis were not significantly dif-ferent compared with control groups in lead Ⅱ,aVF,V2 and V5.These results suggested that the changes of high frequency absolute power of T wavewere inconsistent in the different ages patients with myocarditis and in different leads.
