摘　　要：通过生成一个新的N■no1-4综合区,并以它的SSTA来确定El N■no事件。经过数据对比处理和指数相关分析后,论证了合成区的合理和可行性。Abstract： Through generating a new Nino1-4 synthetic district and defining El Nino incident by it＇ s SSTA, the contrast process of data and correlation analysis of index prove the new Nino1-4 synthetic district reasonable and feasibility.
