摘　　要：金融是经济运行的"晴雨表",货币供求动态均衡是经济增长的前提。人民银行孝感市中心支行积极贯彻实施"从紧"的货币政策,控制货币供应量和信贷投放,优化信贷和现金结构,调节市场现金流通。2008年上半年,孝感市现金流通效应良好,市场现金流通呈净回笼状态,现金投放和回笼的数量及结构呈现季节性、居民理财性、企业市场营销性、内控制度管理性、政策调节性等符合市场经济规律的运行状态,有效支持了全市经济社会稳健协调发展,防止市场价格由结构性上涨演变为明显通货膨胀,以实现全年宏观调控目标。Finance serves as a barometer of economic performance. As well, supply and demand of currency in dynamic equilibrium is taken as the premise of economic growth. Xiaogan Sun-branch of People＇s Bank of China vigorously took measures to implement the currency policy-rigorous discipline in order to manage money supply and credit deliver, optimize credit and cash flow structures and modulate cash circulation in market. In the first half of 2008, cash circulation in Xiaogan city ran well, market presented inward flood of cash circulation. In addition, cash launching and recovering took on some motion states, such as seasonality, residential fiscal management, business marketing, managerial regulation system and policy modulation, which conformed to market laws, effectively supported the society develop steadily and coordinately, and protected market price from inflation to structural increase to realize the macro-control goal of this year.
