摘　　要：随着雷曼轰然倒下,高盛、摩根转型,五大投行不复存在,被誉为全球金融中心的华尔街神话破灭了,几乎整个世界都在遭遇百年不遇的金融危机。这场危机是美国次贷引起的全球金融的动荡。研究美国次贷危机生成的根源,从而采取缓解金融危机的经济对策,对促进我国经济的平稳发展具有重要的现实意义。With the bankruptcy of Lehman and transformation of Goldman Sachs and Morgan, the top five investment banks no longer exist. Myth which Wall Street was hailed as a global financial center was shattered. Almost the entire world is suffering from the financial crisis which we rarely meet before. Subprime mortgage crisis of US caused the financial turmoil of the whole world. Studying the source of the crisis is significant for our country to take proper economic measures to alleviate the destructive influence of the financial crisis and promote the smooth development.
