摘　　要：[目的]探讨Angio-SealTM封合器在临床应用中的护理方法。[方法]对80例使用Angio-SealTM封合器的病人进行护理和观察,针对护理问题总结并提出了相应的护理措施。[结果]80例病人中4例封合时出现迷走神经反射,2例出现皮下血肿,1例没有顺利释放。经严密的治疗和护理,均得到有效的控制。[结论]针对An-gio-SealTM封合器的特点,有效并具有针对性的观察和护理是确保Angio-SealTM封合器临床应用效果的保障。Objective To probe into nursing methods of clinical application of Angio -Seal^TM device for patients. Methods：A total of 80 patients undergoing operation applying Angio- Seal^TM device were cared and observed. Aiming at nursing problems, it summarized and put forward some corresponding nursing strategies. Results：Among all 80 cases,4 developed vague reflexes during sealing, 2 cases occurred subcutaneous hematoma, and 1 case did not put in smoothly. However, these complications had been controlled effectively through close treatment and nursing care. Conclusion： Based on the characteristics of Anglo- Seal^TM device, effective and targeted nursing observation can ensure the clinical application effect of Anglo- Seal^TM device.
