双黄连粉针剂在儿科疾病中的应用

摘　　要：双黄连粉针剂是一种纯中药制剂,其抗菌谱广,对病毒和多种细菌都有抗菌作用,其副作用小,使用安全,在临床中得到广泛应用。作者将572例门诊就诊儿童随机分为治疗组(286例)使用双黄连粉针剂和对照组(286例)不使用该药。经观察、统计,用药三天后,疾病的治愈情况及降温作用,两组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。表明双黄连粉针剂在治疗儿童呼吸道和消化道疾病中有明显效果,其中尤以降温作用显著。Shuang Huang Lian (SHL).a powder for injection made by Chinese medicinal herbs, has a broad spectum antibiotic for treatment the infections of virus and bacterium with lese typical allergic reactions. In an attempt to evalulate the effects of SHL powder on treatment the children diseases, 572 cases with respiratory infections and alimentary canal diseases were separated into the treatment group (286 cases, using SHL powder) and the controlled group (286 cases, don't use SHL powder). Three days later,it was observes that the efficacy of SHL powder for common cold, tonsillitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, lymghadenitis, enteritis, dysentery and high fever were significant difference between the treatment group and the controlled group (p<0. 01). The results indicated that the SHL powder has a prominant curative effect for children diseases, especially in the high fever, respiratory infections and alimentary tract troubls.
