摘　　要：本文利用超声对56例胰腺炎进行了直观的检查,并与正常对照组的45例进行了对照分析,指出了它们在外形尺寸、声象图的内部及边缘方面的区别及特征,提出了判断胰腺病变的一些见解和方法,为胰腺炎的临床诊断提供了具有普遍意义的参考价值.In this paper,56 cases of pancreatitis were examined by ultrasonography and contrast analysis made between pancreatitis group and the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups and the characteristics of each group were also described in the paper. For the judgement on pathologic change of pancreatitis,the authors suggest some views and methods which have a reference value to the clinical diagnosis of this disease.
