摘  要:Since the discovery of high-temperature superconductor YBa<sub>2</sub>Cu<sub>3</sub>O<sub>7</sub>(YBCO) people aremuch concerned about its microwave surface resistance. It was found that although themicrowave surface resistance of c-axis oriented YBCO thin films is an order of magnitudelower than Cu, it is much higher than the value predicted by the BCS theory, and also
