摘 要:本文研究不同剂量川芎嗪对人血小板聚集ADP、AA、FAF三条激活途径的抑制作用及对已经聚集血小板的不同程度解聚作用;以期进一步探讨川芎嗪抗血小板作用及活血化瘀机理.结果表明,川芎嗪能显著地抑制三条激活途径,且随浓度的增加,其抑制作用呈现量效关系;同时观察到川芎嗪对由三种诱聚剂诱聚后的血小板具有不同程度程度的解聚作用,其中对ADP诱聚途径尤为显著。提示川穹嗪抗血小板作用除了对TXA2抑制机理外,可能还存在其它方面(钙离子拮抗作用等)的抑制因素.This paper represents the effect of Ligustrzin(LGTZ) on three pla- telet aggregating pathways in several different conccntration.The results showed platelet aggregation induced by ADP AA PAF significantly inhibited by LGTZ re- spectively (P<0.01), and the degree of inhibition correlated with the concentra- tion of LGTZ; It was also observed the aggregated platelet clot induced by ADP AA PAF could be disaggregated by LGTZ in high concentration. It was concluded that there would be other factors responsible for the mechanism of anti-platelet aggregation by LGTZ except inhibition of TXAj. formation.
