摘 要:本文对62例脑梗塞、59例冠心病和60例正常健康者进行红细胞变形性测定,结果表明,脑梗塞、冠心病的滤过指数分别较对照组高,且均有显著性差异(P<0.05),提示脑梗塞、冠心病红细胞变形性降低。因两者均有共同病理基础即动脉粥样硬化,使膜胆固醇磷脂比值升高,以及钙泵活性降低致使细胞内粘度增加。本研究中脑梗塞组滤过指数较冠心病组高,可能与脑梗塞组合并基础疾病比较高有关,但两组差异无显著(P>0.05)。本文作者认为,红细胞变形性测定可作为中风高危因素和机体老化程度测定的参考指标。The author got the result by determinating ED in 62 patients with cerebral infarction, 59 with coronary heart disease and 60 healthy individuals. Erythocyte filterability indexes in the pa- tients are higher than the healthy ones and there is significant difference between them (P<0. 05). The filterability indexes of cerebral infarction is higher than those with coronary heart disease but is of no significant difference (P<0. 05). After analyzing, the redcell deformability lowering of cerebral infarction and coronary heart disease have some relation with their common pathologic basis. The au- thors think determination of red cell deformability may be used as reference indexes of apoplectic high risk factor and organism aging process.
