摘　　要：海冰引起的振动问题一直困扰着渤海尤其是辽东湾生产平台的生产和安全。本文阐述冰激(?)动的性质及特点,介绍(?)冰振技术及其在渤海生产平台上的应用概况,并提出研究建造调节局部振型的隔振平台的建议。The safety and production effected by ice-induced vibration have long been a serious distress problem imposed on production platform operating in Liao-dong Bay- the northern most area of Bohai Sea. The characteristics of ice-induced vibration and the vibration reduction techniques with their application in those platforms are introduced in this paper. A concept of an ice-induced vibration isolation platform is put forward as well.
