摘 要:天生桥二级水电站碾压混凝土重力坝,对河床溢流坝和左岸非溢流坝,采用不同的结构形式。坝体结构简单,坝面“金包银”防渗层和坝体碾压混凝土采取各自相应的分缝分块形式。在防渗层缝端设置应力释放孔。对碾压混凝土坝体用钻孔法设置诱导缝。对碾压混凝土层间结合,除减少骨料分离和控制层面处理等措施外,在上游侧一定范围内铺水泥沙浆或细骨料混凝土以加强层面胶结性能。采用碾压混凝土筑坝比原设计的混凝土节约“三材”用量和工程投资,缩短了建设工期。The diffirent forms for overflow dam section in the river bed and no-overflow dam section inthe left bank were adopted in design of RCC dam of Tianshengqiao-ⅡHydropower Station. The seepageproof layer which is common concrete and RCC of the dam body have diffirent models in-dividing. blocks.Some stress releasing holes are set up in the downstream crack ends of the layer. In order to reinforce thecombination of RCC layers some measures such as reducing aggregate separation and shorting the exposingtime of the layers, as well as casting cement mud and fine aggregate concrete on certaine scone of surface inupstream were taken. construction the dam using RCC saved materials and funds, shorted the contructionperiod.
