摘  要:本文介绍了食管内气体造影的电子计算机断层摄影的研究。20只大随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组,每组5例,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组食管充气压力分别为2.67、5.33、8.00和10.61Kpa。充气后10、20、30、45和60分钟大的平均动脉压和呼吸均无显著差异.显微镜下病理学观察未见粘膜细胞损害.使用该检查的37例病人充气前后显示血压.除搏和呼吸无显著改变,临床应用无任何并发症出现,作者认为:该方法在食管疾病的诊治和评价预后方面,操作简便安全,具有一定的临床实用价值.This paper describes the study of computed tomography of the intraluminal insuffalationfor esophagus 20 dogs were divided into Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups,5 in each group. Esophageal pressure of in-suffalation were 2. 67、5. 33、8. 00 and 10. 61 Kpa in groups Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ and Ⅳ respectively. The mean arterialpressure pulse and breath rates were no sfenificant aifference on 10,20,30,45 and 60 minutes at every groupafter insuffalation microscopic and pathological ob8ervation revealed no damage on mucosal cell. 37 patientsundergoing this study showed no significant chance of blood pressure. pulse and breath rates after insuffala-tion. No complication occured in the clinical application. The authors concluded thi8 investigation is simple-safe and useful in establing diagnosis and evaluating prognosis of esophageal disease-
