摘　　要：本文对263环推后桥进行了临床X线分析，着重就其临床意义等有关问题进行了讨论。This paper analysed the c1inical and x - ray manifestations of 263 patients with retro -bridge of the atlas. The problems related to clinical signicants were discussed with a review of the literaturesand had no clinical significance.
