块状和颗粒状HA人工骨隆鼻术

摘　　要：羟基磷灰石(Hydroxyapatite,简称 HA)人工骨作为骨及软组织缺损充填及外形扩增的组织代用材料,近几年已被广泛应用于临床。我们自1988年以来,将颗粒状羟基磷灰石人工骨(深圳克瑞特新材料有限公司提供,HA2040型)和块状羟基磷灰石人工骨(我院与华南理工大学共同研制)用于隆鼻术,共26例,报道如下。Since 1988,block and granular hydroxyapatite artificial bone were used in plastic repair of maxillofacial region.37 cases were reported.Satisfactory clinic results were maintained.The results demonstrated block and granular hydroxyapatite artificial bone were a kind of ideal bone graft substitute,could be used in filling the defects of bone and augmenting the contour of bone.They had different advantages and defects.
