圆坯结晶器锥度问题的探讨

摘　　要：本文根据生产实践经验,讨论了在连铸生产中,要注意直径与厚度相等情况下的圆、方坯结晶器应有不同的锥度。由于结晶器锥度是一个很敏感的参数,所以在设计和制造时,要特别注意选定和控制尺寸公差。结晶器铜管要进行科学管理。According to our practical production experience, this paper discussed that during C. C. production, square and round billet mould with the same diameter should have different taper. As the mould taper is a very sensitive factor,its geometrial tolerance selected in design and controlled in manufacture must be considered with great care. The mould tubes must be managed scientifically.
