摘 要:在塑料大棚内采用小区试验,对5年生桧柏施以不同量的污泥,研究重金属在土壤──植物系统中迁移、蓄积特性,以及对桧柏生长的影响。试验结果表明,污泥施量与土壤中重金属含量,土壤与植株内重金属含量存在显著线性相关关系,重金属在土壤──桧柏系统中的迁移能力依次为Cd>Zn>Cu>Hg>Cr>Pb,重金属在桧柏体内蓄积分配规律为幼根>叶片>老根、茎;施用污泥能显著促进桧柏生长,而不会造成重金属伤害;污泥的林地和园林绿地利用有着广阔的应用前景。The effect of heavy metals on Sabina chinensis seedling growth and their migration and accumulation in soil-plant system were researched undervarious quantity of sewage sludge with plot experiment in greenhouse. It revealthat there exist significant linear relation between quantity of sewagesludge enrichment and concentration of heavy mental in soil, the heavy mental contentsin soil and in plant. The migration of heavy metals in soil-plant system is in the order of Cd>Zn>Cu>Hg >Cr >Pb. The accumulation quantityof heavy mentals in plant is in the order of young root>leaf>old rootand stem.The sewage sludge enrichment may improve strongly Sabina chinensis seedlinggrowth,whereas not result in heavy metal damage on seedlings The result show that the sewage sludge enrichment in forest and garden land.. appear promising prospect with their environmental safty and benefit on plant growth.
