摘 要:观察冬虫夏草发酵菌丝(DCXC)对小鼠受X线照射后骨髓及小肠的防护作用。实验结果显示:(1)照射前服用DCXC的各照射剂量组,小鼠骨髓干细胞的存活数均高于单纯照射组,防护系数为1.67;(2)昆明小鼠无论照射前给药或照前、照后连续给药,对小肠隐窝干细胞均有一定保护作用。表明,DCXC对辐射诱发的小鼠骨髓及小肠急性损伤具有较好防护效果。The radiation protective effect of Cordyceps Sinesis on bone marrow and intestion acute radiation damage were studied by measuring the number of colony-forming unit in spleen and number of survival crypt stem cells. The experimental results shows that:1) The mice given Cordyceps Sinesis for 10 days before irradiation, the number of survival bone marrow stem cells is higher than X-ray irradiation only. The dose modifying factor DMF is 1 67. 2) The mice used drug no matter whether the Cordyceps Sinesis was giver before or after irradiation or both, are with a higher survival crypt numbers. These suggest that Cordyceps Sinesis have a useful protective effects to bone marrow and intestine acute radiation damage.
