摘　　要：八十年代以來,空中力量的高新技術含量越來越高,使其開始成爲現代戰争中不可缺少的重要力量,並且往往首先使用,對戰争的勝負具有决定性的影響。Wide applications of new and high technology in avi- ation enhance the im- portance of the air force in the modern war. Air battlefie- ld has exercised magnificent influence over the land and sea battlefields. Air force has developed the capacity for strategic attack. In a local war under high-tech condi- tion the side which actively controls the air battlefield gains the initiative in the military operation and may affect the procession and re- sult of the warfare.
