摘　　要：文章对３５ｔ／ｈ煤粉锅炉改为全烧高炉煤气锅炉的具体方案阐述清楚，通过改造前后运行工况的对比，证明改造是成功的，效果良好。Ths paper clearly describes the scheme of changing 35t/h coal- burning boiler into blast furnace gas fired boiler .It compares operation state before reformation with that of after reformation. The results show that the reformation is a sucess and has obtained acceptable efficiency.
