摘 要:本文描述了一种研究血液电特性的新方法及其用于血液电特性研究的初步结果。建立了血液的物理模型,结合血液的典型三元件等效电路,并依据血液的频率特性,采用三个不同频率的恒定电流,同时加于被测血样,测量相应的阻抗值,然后由电路方程解出血浆电阻R_0、红细胞内液电阻R_1和细胞膜电容C等参数。作为多频率阻抗法的一种实际应用,从理论上推导出了新的电测红细胞压积Hct的计算公式,并对用生理盐水置换了血浆的血液和经二醛磷酸缓冲液处理后,红细胞硬化的血液进行了实验研究。表明参数R_0、R_1和C等,能有效地反映血浆、红细胞内液及细胞膜等的状态及性能变化,能更全面反映血液特性。This paper describes a new method of studying electrical characteris-tics of blood multi-frequency impedance method and reports the results of using themethod.The paper suggested an improved physic model of blood, used the typical 3-element circuit model of blood,and according to the frequency characteristics of blood.applied three constant currents with different frequency to the blood,measured the relative impedances, then calculated the parameters of plasma resistance R_0,intracellular fluid resistance R_1,cell membrane capacitance C and so on.As an application of the method,the paper derived a new theory equation of mea-suring hematocrit(Hct).Another experiments of using mupti-frequency impedance method to measure two kinds of blood samples have also made,(1)The blood in which plasma was replaced with physiological saline solution and(2)the blood in which ery-throcytes were scleratic.The results of the experiments show that the parameters such as R_0,R_1 ,C and so on. Can efficiently reflect the states and the change of plasma,in-tracellular fluid and cell membrane. The parameters can reflect properties of lbood more comprehensively.
