从微循环改变探讨活(破)血逐淤法对真性红细胞增多症的疗效

摘　　要：本文报道了25例真红经活血化淤中药治疗前后甲襞、球结膜微循环变化.发现临床表现好转,HB、RBC计数下降与微循环改善相一致.表明这些药确能改善微循环,如甲襞和球结膜微循环“加权积分值”下降和甲襞微血管袢血流速度加快等,并认为微循环改善是药物治疗真红的疗效机理之一.In 25 patients with polycythemia vera (PV) the microcirculation changes in nail folds and bulbar conjuctiva were studied before and after administration of Chinese herbs for 'huo xue hua yu' (pormoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis). The accordance was presented between the clinical relief and reduction in Hgb and RBC and the improvement of microcirculation. It suggested that this kind of herbs may lead to an improved microcirculation verified by a decrease in weighted scores of microcirculation in nail folds and bulbar conjuetina and an acceleration of blood flow in microvascular loops of nail fel-s. The authors believe that one of the mechanisms by which PV is tr(?)ated with the herbs is through improving microcirculation.
