摘　　要：随着对心力衰竭发生、发展的病理生理机制认识的不断加深,血清中的一些新的心力衰竭标志物也不断被提出,在心力衰竭的分层和个体化治疗中,它们的作用以及新旧标志物的联合测定显得越来越重要。现就心力衰竭生化标志物的研究成果及进展加以综述。Concurrently,advances in our understanding of the pathogenesis and consequences of heart failure have stimulated the development of new biomarkers and created the opportunity for an expanded role of multiple biomarkers, some old and others new, in the classification and individualization of treatment for heart failure. Biochemical markers play a pivotal role in the diagnosis and management of patients with heart failure. This paper reviews the current contribution of the biochemical marker determination to heart failure and discusses some im- portant developments in this field.
