摘 要:采用原位反应近液相线铸造法制备了Al2O3/Al-Cu复合材料,对其进行显微组织观察、XRD物相分析、TEM分析及自由能变化和绝热温度计算等。结果表明:加入的Al2O3颗粒对复合材料有细化和均匀化组织的作用,当颗粒含量达到5.3wt%时,得到均匀细小的蔷薇状组织;反应生成的Al2O3颗粒呈多边形且直径<1μm。The Al2O3 /Al-Cu composites were prepared by means of in-situ near-liquidus casting. The microstructure of the composites was observed by optical microscope, the XRD and TEM were employed to investigate the phase composition, the in-situ reaction was judged by the calculation of free energy and adiabatic temperature. The results show that the composites can be fined and homogenized by the Al2O3 particles; it can obtain the uniform microstructure of rose shape With 5.3% Al2O3 particles. The TEM analysis indicates that the in-site Al2O3 particle is polygon and diameter is smaller than 1 μm.
