摘  要:以DEFORM-2D软件Preform Optimization模块为平台,以B样条曲线表示预锻件模具型腔形状,运用刚塑性有限元理论进行逆向分析,以锻件的应变差值尽可能小作为目标函数,对预锻件的形状进行优化。优化后的预锻件经终锻后能使模具型腔充满,生产出符合实际形状尺寸需要的轮毂零件;而且工件的变形均匀,应变梯度较小;同时还使得终锻模的最大等效应力减小约29%。研究表明,此优化方法适合复杂零件的预锻件优化。A reverse operation analysis method for perform shape design in metal forging by controlling the deform uniformity was developed. The optimization based on Preform Optimization simulation platform in DEFORM-2D. The optimization problem was to minimize the effective strain variance and the preform shapes were presented by B-spline curves. Using the method, the preform shapes was designed: The mold cavity can be filled by optimized preform. And the uniform deform and the minor strain gradient can be obtained after final forging. The most effective stress is less than the former module by 29%. The optimal results are available.
