摘  要:将三块20g钢板分别进行常规焊接,300℃后热处理和500℃后热处理焊接,通过小盲孔法测量其残余应力,研究了不同焊接后热处理温度对材料抗腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:焊接后热处理有效降低了焊接残余拉应力,有效提高了材料抗应力腐蚀性能,而且后热处理温度越高(根据材料而定),抗应力腐蚀性提高越大。Three 20g steel plates were welded by means of normal welding, 300℃ post welding heat treatment, 500℃ post welding heat treatment, respectively. Then, residual stress was measured with the method of blind hole. The influence and mechanism of metal resist stress corrosion properties was studied with post welding heat treatment. The results show that post welding heat treatment can relieve the tensile residual stress effectively. It also promotes notably resist stress corrosion properties. The higher the temperature of post welding heat treatment (determined by material), the better the resist stress corrosion properties of metal.
